New Plumbing Technology – PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings

In these modern days, building technology is improved very well. For my new building, I wish to use some new technologies to attract others. For that, I choose many items which are something different to compare

than normal usable things. In Plumbing Technology, I really get confused on pipe varieties. In this situation, first I choose normal used PVC Pipes, UPVC Pipes, Steel Pipes etc., because, I cannot know about new piping & plumbing technologies.

But, I heard about PPR Pipes in that same time. When I search about new plumbing pipes in online, I read many details about PPR Pipes. And also I came to know about many PPR Pipes manufactures, those are nearby place. I also came to know some facts about that like, PPR Pipes are rapidly grown in Plumbing Technology; this is known as Polypropylene Random Co-Polymer; this is mainly used for Water supply pipe lines for both Hot and Cold Water; PPR Pipes can have 50 Years Life Span minimum; PPR Pipes are widely used in Residential Buildings, Industrial Buildings, School, Hotels, Hospitals, Ships, Agriculture and so on;

They told many facts about PPR Pipes and shown me some Demo. They said it does not get any blockages; PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings are excellent in Heat and Pressure Resistance; It is very easy to transport and handling; This is an environment friendly Pipes, and so on. After a small meeting with them, I know that it is also able to recycling. They also said it does not produce any pollutions neither producing nor disposing. After finishing the meeting I decided to buy that. Then I ask them about rates of PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings. The price is slightly high to compare steel pipes, UPVC Pipes and others. And I ask them quotation for PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings. I asked them about chiller pipes. They said PPR Pipes are used for both Hot and Cold. And finally the rate was ok for me. And I put payment and bought them.

I got doubt that they didn’t cut more pieces. They didn’t waste them. I asked my doubt to them. They said PPR Pipes are easy to weld; Installation is fast and easy to compare than steel pipes, and it is also have leakage proof. Then they showed me how to weld and install the PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings. I really amazed. Plastic pipes but they are UV Stabilized; when compare them to other natural products like wood, cork, wool it does not produce any gas toxicity; In case of any fire accidents, there is no chance for dioxin emissions. Finally my building was perfect to seem.

I put PPR Pipes for centralized AC pipe lines as well as hot water supply lines. Each and every pipe lines including sanitary lines were PPR Pipes in My Building. Now I felt My Building is more protected. My building seems like something different with its neighbor buildings, with colorful pipe lines and its proper installation.

PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings

When I am doing Project for my doctorate, I decide to do something different. For that I select Plumbing Technology, especially, about the Plumbing Pipes. When I decided to do this, I fixed about the following is my major one. That is none other than the Advantages of Plumbing Pipes. I thought it was very easy to do. But when I was in field I realized about that factors. There was lot of products I researched under Plumbing Pipes. Among them I really liked to work with PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings. When I researched about PPR Pipes and Fittings, it was very useful in my personal life also. Because of its advantages I really impressed with them and used in my home. From that research, I came to know the following factors. It is widely used for cold and hot water system in both residential and industrial area. Because it have Minimum 50 Years life span in temperature up to 80°C. It has low thermal penetrability.

It also shows high resistance in chemicals. Also it has good resistance in mechanic strength, with based on its elasticity. It also maintain in very low temperature also. To research about these factors I really amazed, because when I compared to steel and other plastic pipes like PVC , UPVC and so on, I came to know that it have high life span and good elastic Properties. These pipes have smooth internal surface which provides less friction. So that, it can offers heavy flow. PPR Pipes are rust resistant. It reduces the cost of handling as well as transportation. It is hygiene and it has low bacterial growth. It is also resistant to high temperature. It is widely used in Air Plants, Agriculture, Horticulture, Industries, Liquid Foods, Solar Plants, Swimming Pools, Rain Water utilization systems and residential Houses.

It have food grade. It is highly reliable. This is known as a green building material though it available in Blue, Red, Grey and White. Due to its food grade, many can use for pure water pipe lines. These PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings have smooth inside and outside, this provides beautiful look. Generally it produced in Soft Colors; this also gives some attraction to buildings. PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings have very high impact strength.

This factor can eliminate the possibility of breakage and crack formation. To compare steel or any other plumbing pipes or irrigation pipes or chiller pipes, it is light weight. And the major and the main advantage is it keeps pure water as pure water always. It is also certified by National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), in USA. That is the first Plastic Product which I heard is food grade and safe for liquid foods.

PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings - Manufacturing Process

I am very glad to share about our PPR Pipes & PPR Fittings Manufacturing Process. They are manufactured by Extrusion Method as same as PE. I am a Popular Manufacturer in this World. In my Plant, I produce PVC, UPVC, HDPE, PPR-C, and PPR and so on. I always use imported Raw Materials in my production unit. I usually give more importance in raw material selection. It is a main thing in all Plastic or Pneumatic or Plumbing or Chiller. Basically raw materials have high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and can able to recycle. I import Main Raw materials and I purchase other in Best Manufactures. I have many extrusion Lines. This is also known as Extrusion Line, Machine, Extruder, and so on.

A complete Extruder Line contains, Auto Loader and Dryer, Single Screw Extruders, Mould, Vacuum Calibrating and Cooling Tanks, Water Cooling Tanks, Haul-Off Unit, Cutter, Winder or Stacker. I have a best Production Teams in this industry. First we mix all raw materials as per our recipe with the usage of Mixer. It grinds and mix all Raw materials, Lubricants or Oil, Colors well. Then we put high heat in this mixture.

This will make them as melt. This will we cut as granules. After that we put them in Extruders. Before that we set Temperature and Die for size. Granules can fill in tank and connected with Auto Loader. When set all things properly and start Machine, it can fill automatically in Extruders via Loaders. We already set the Size and other initial things in Whole Machine Properly. Machine will run. Raw materials are melted and send through Moulds.

After that it will be cooled in vacuum calibrating and cooling Tanks. And it will be automatically cut by the cutter and collected in Stacker. My production team checks well and Packing them well. After that, they will handover to our stockiest. They will stored and dispatch them as per purchase order. For this we can recycle water and Raw materials. Also it is possible to recycle wasted materials. Thus we produce our products, it have Food Grade certifications. We produce them with highest quality care. Also I have worldwide customer network in more than 12 Countries. PPR Pipes and PPR Fittings - Applications

One Fine Evening, I was ready to go to Park. When I went to Park in middle rain starts. I just tried to keep myself to avoid wet in rain, and came back to my home. But rain starts heavily. I found library and went inside. I loved reading books in my school days. After finishing studies there was no time to read books. When my carrier starts, my habitual actions also came under rush. When I enter inside Library, I felt well. But I couldn’t able to go and search books. I had low time only that moment. So I decided to read book which was in reading Table. I found a book which may be a student put in Reading Table after finishing his/her notes taking work. It is about Plastic pipes. I decided to put down it.

But my mind thought about my Son’s New Building construction. He was in abroad that time. He handover all building constriction work to me. I only need to take decision that time. So I thought it may be helpful to me in some cases. So, I continued to read that book. Its heading was Plastic Plumbing Pipes in Plumbing Technology. But starting was really bored to me, because I had no knowledge about that. But later it was interesting to me. There I read about many Pneumatic Varieties. In those Pneumatic and Irrigation, It was attracting me, due its Color varieties and its Advantages.

I took notes about its Applications, to discuss with my Son. It is Portable for Hot & Cold Water lines; it is also used for sanitary lines; for Air plants, it is very apt to use; it is also widely used in water purifier plants; it is very portable to carry liquid foods; in industrial plants it is highly used; it can carrying gas without any leakage; it is mostly used in industrial plants and residential plants, it is used to hot water lines and cold water lines; for centralized air conditioning; it is also used for cow cubicles in cattle instead of Steel; it is widely used in hospitals, schools, solar plants, swimming pools, offices, agriculture works, horticulture works and so on.

Due to its leakage proof many can like this. PPR Fittings are specially produced. It is also same in quality. These are easy to install. After noting these I came back to home. After that I discussed about this to my Son. He already knew about this. He told me to wait for his suggestion. He searched and found best manufacturer and contacted them. PPR Products - Manufacturing Process

Pipe – A pipe is known as a tubular section or hollow cylinder. It is mainly used for flow liquid foods or products. It is available in many materials like Plastic, Glass, and Steel. Now I will explain you about plastic one among these. It is used for the conveyance of water, chemical, hot and cold fluids, liquid food stuffs, ultra pure liquids, air, gases etc., these are major materials. Within it, we also need to add some other chemicals, lubricants, oils etc.; here I will explain you about how to manufacture PPR Pipes & PPR Fittings. They are manufactured by Extrusion Method. For this I visited one of the Popular Manufacturer in this World. He manufactures PVC, UPVC, HDPE, PP and PPR. When I asked him about manufacturing, he said he always use imported Raw Materials in his industry, after a session ended, I came to understand all plumbing manufactures usually give more importance in raw material selection.

When machine starts it will take some time to start work. A connector connects with Hopper and Mixture tank. Auto loader will automatically load the hopper. At the end of the hopper connects with Feeder. It has single screw or Multi screw.

The materials melted in this area with particular heat which we preset. They already preset moulds for size. Now it forms as a pipe and came in outlet. It seems very hot. This went inside the cooling water. After a few minutes it moved to haul – off unit. Then it cut by the cutter which is already preset. So it will be automatically cut. After that it will collected in Stacker. Then their production team examines their products and packing them. After finishing that, they will handover to their stockiest. They will stored and dispatch them as per their purchase order. For this they can recycle water and Raw materials as per standards. It is also have food grade certification. These also exported to other countries. So, these industries have worldwide customers. Its usage ratio in the industrial area and the residential area is also a factor for the PPR products rapid growth.
