Pipe – A pipe is known as a tubular section or hollow cylinder. It is mainly used for flow liquid foods or products. It is available in many materials like Plastic, Glass, and Steel. Now I will explain you about plastic one among these. It is used for the conveyance of water, chemical, hot and cold fluids, liquid food stuffs, ultra pure liquids, air, gases etc., these are major materials. Within it, we also need to add some other chemicals, lubricants, oils etc.; here I will explain you about how to manufacture PPR Pipes & PPR Fittings. They are manufactured by Extrusion Method. First, they mix all raw materials as per their mixing formula with the usage of Mixer. Sometimes they grind waste scrap and mix with all Raw materials, Lubricants or Oil, Colors as well. Then they fill in tank and connect with extruder. They fill cooling water in tanks and preset all blower machines. Then they switch on the Machine. When machine starts it will take some time to start work. A connector connects with Hopper and Mixture tank. Auto loader will automatically load the hopper. At the end of the hopper connects with Feeder. It has single screw or Multi screw.

The materials melted in this area with particular heat which we preset. They already preset moulds for size. Now it forms as a pipe and came in outlet. It seems very hot. This went inside the cooling water.  After a few minutes it moved to haul – off unit. Then it cut by the cutter which is already preset. So it will be automatically cut. After that it will collected in Stacker. Then their production team examines their products and packing them.  After finishing that, they will handover to their stockiest. They will stored and dispatch them as per their purchase order. For this they can recycle water and Raw materials as per standards. It is also have food grade certification. These also exported to other countries. So, these industries have worldwide customers.  Its usage ratio in the industrial area and the residential area is also a factor for the PPR products rapid growth.
